Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on ex30. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. ex30 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Ex30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the legitimacy of an account. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an ex30 user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operations. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent attempts, use of automated software (bots), game manipulation, or any action that violates Malaysian law.
You also agree not to use your account for money laundering or any other financial activity that violates applicable law. ex30 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report any activity suspected to be suspicious.

- Sharing your account with another individual is strictly prohibited.
- Each user is responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws.
- The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other users or support staff is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or promotions will result in immediate action being taken against the account in question.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ex30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported local payment methods, including online banking (FPX) and e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and may be subject to additional verification for security purposes. ex30 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction suspected of violating platform policies or applicable law.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method and account verification level. All applicable transaction limits will be communicated to users via the account page or the FAQ. ex30 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.

In the event of any conflict between a version of these terms in another language and this Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Ex30 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, promotion abuse, or any activity that may be harmful to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in their account, unless ex30 determines otherwise on a case-by-case basis. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team.
Ex30 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page along with the effective date.
